Her wealth of experience and educational background forms the bedrock for effecting meaningful and positive change. With a career cultivated in non-profit and university leadership, Melisa has been instrumental in raising substantial funds and constructing enduring high-performance teams that transcend her tenure.

Her ethos revolves around the belief that a focus on an individual’s work-life balance and happiness not only fosters personal fulfillment but also profoundly influences retention, performance, and the overall fabric of workplace culture. Melisa’s forte lies in devising strategies to navigate complex individual and organizational challenges.
